Turnaround & Delivery

We deliver in United Kingdom and European Union via Tracked delivery 

TURNAROUND 

Currently all ready to ship items are packed and shipped within 48 hours.

We are doing our best to fulfil your orders as fast as possible, please bear with us, in case of any queries please email: knittintales@gmail.com or message via contact form.

During SALE event turnaround might take up to 3-4 working days.

All custom made items or personalised items have different times of turnaround, depending of complexity and the size of the order. Customer is always informed and mutual agreement found about the timeframe; that can allow both us and customers to be happy with the order.

If you need your item sooner please message us through our contact form prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  We always try to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

DELIVERY:

United Kingdom:

 

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £45 (2-4 working days, depending on couriers)

Evri tracked delivery: £3.99

InPost locker tracked delivery: £2.99

Europe (EU):

VAT, TAXES to be paid by the client - the courier will contact you directly. Please note your order will not be delivered if there are any outstanding fees and taxes. Please check your government website for the tax/fees details. 

Delivery outside of UK costs £6.99.

Please note that delays in delivering international mail do happen from time to time, so allow extra time for them to arrive, it should be delivered within 15 working days. Parcel is considered lost after 30 working days. All late or undelivered parcel queries will be resolved once the 30 working days have passed. Luckily missing post happens on rare occasions and we are always here to support you in case of any queries. 

We are not responsible for any import duties or additional taxes which may be payable on receipt.  If a parcel is returned to us with rejected custom tax/fees we will make a refund of the product minus the original postage cost. We are also happy to repost once the delivery charge is paid by the customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that custom and sale items are non-returnable.

We reserve the right to inspect products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return. Buyer is responsible for the cost of postage.

Please follow the below steps to return your item(s):

1. Please email me at: knittintales@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Wait for response with the confirmation and instruction how to return it.

2. Wrap up your item in original packaging or if damaged, any other packaging that will secure the package safely.

3. Post your parcel and always keep your proof of postage.

Please post your goods back to me within 14 days from receiving it. I recommend using a tracked service as I cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive to me.

If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any custom fees. We are not responsible for any return custom charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

Once your item is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your item will then be inspected and if approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 2-5 working days for the funds to arrive (time can vary from time to time, if it does not arrive within this period please contact your bank first). Refunds will be made within 5 working days from the receipt of return goods.

I will not offer exchange or accept the return of any products if the item has been used, not labelled or has undergone some mechanical damage, for which reason I ask you to be careful with the product until you process its return.

EXCHANGES

If the item you received is damaged in transit we are able to offer you an exchange. We cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange for is in stock. If it is out of stock we will fully refund your order or post the item of your choosing with similar value, which we will communicate with you via e-mail.
